Is it possible to configure DA that the login of an e-mailaccount doesn't have to be [email protected] but without @domain.tld?

In a word, no. DA allows duplicate usernames and knows which domain the username is in only if the user types it as part of the email login. If there's no domain name DA presumes the login is to a generic linux/unix account on the server.
