Hello.
I just have noticed, that my mail sending stopped working. So I logged in to check what is going on. And just after I logged in I saw multiple orange boxes with this error:
"Could not execute your request
You do not own that domain"

And I realised that I have not removed expired domains from system. But when I tried to do so now - I CANNOT. Because when I press Show all users - I get same error and nothing happens, I tried to get into individual user account and their domain setup - cannot get in there- because I get same error message. So basically i cannot even delete those domains from the system. And that error appears very frequently on various buttons. This is clearly some BUG.

And most importantly the mail sending just stopped. With a massive mail queue, which I have no idea what to do, because nothing works.

Any suggestions?
Appreciate.

Tried to reboot the server. Now after the reboot the httpd service stopped loading, and when I try to do so I get this error:
"An error has occurred
/usr/bin/systemctl start httpd.service 2>&1"

What is going on...

The stopped httpd allowed me to navigate properly, without the initial error:
"Could not execute your request
You do not own that domain".

So I was able to remove those expired domains. Now I see that httpd started by itself (somehow). Mail queue is still full, but I already received some mail. Trying to reboot again.

Had to force "retry" email sending in a queue, but it seems that it sent them. Maybe someone could tell me how does this email queue actually work? The emails just sit there until admin does something with them (if he notices anything), or does it try to resend them in some time period?

Thanks

or does it try to resend them in some time period?
You can check the Exim docs for that. Mails will be retryed a couple of times. Mostly if in 72 hours the mail was not able to be delivered, it will be send back to the sender with the "undeliverable mail" notice or will get deleted.

As for you other issue, that is very odd. Normally an admin should always be able to delete domains. Doesn't matter if they are expired or not. Because expiration is with the registrar, not with Directadmin.

So it might be some permission issue you have to look in to. Or if you use Cloudlinux, it might be caused by Cloudlinux, because this is certainly no default Directadmin behaviour.

I think it's just a DA bug. As I mentioned earlier - I was able to remove thos domains, when the httpd stopped (was not able to start after reboot), but whole situation is really weird, all those errors, unable to get into certain pages, etc. It just shouts BUG. and causes lots of stress and other issues, like mail sending...
They should investigate this. But maybe they don't have any expiring domains to test this particular situation :)
