Domein forward to other provider

Hi. Can i forward a domein at ISP 1 to ISP 2?. I tired with redirection but that only works if domains are on the same ISP.

Create your own redirect, in an .htaccess file.

Tnks for the reply and help. 1 our afther creating the redirect it started working. So the htacces file isnt needed anymore. But may be you can explaine me whta a htaccesfile is?
