But on this image the A records ns1 and ns2 are present, Is it that registers ns1 and ns2 in this image should not be there and are not necessary?

Thank you in advance for your answers, I hope you can help me know what the true configuration is that the DNS zone of my server's domains should have.

The ns1 and ns2 A records should -only- be present in the DNS of admins and/or resellers when they are running their own nameservers locally.

So for customers, they should not be present, for customers only the NS records as shown in the first picture should be present.

Hi my friend, thanks for reply, during the reply time i was investigating, and in deed i was checking tha those A record for ns1 and ns1 is present only in the domain related with the server hostname and the hostname, and not on the other domains.
Thanks, as always, Thumbs up!

Hello.
It shouldn't be in the server's hostname record either. Only in the domainname from the admin (and/or reseller) which really provides the nameservers.
The hostname record also only needs the NS records.

Yes because you are using nameservers ns1.thecross.com.mx and also ns2.
So that is not a customer account, that is the admins or reseller account where ns1 and ns2 is setup. I wrote you should leave the A records in there.

Only for the hostname and the customers there should not be A records for ns1 and ns2.

Only for the hostname and the customers there should not be A records for ns1 and ns2.
Except if somebody is using the hostname as nameservers like ns1.server.domain.com but I never do that, but for people reading this thread then yes. But I would advise to use "normal" nameservers like ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com and not ns1.server.domain.com.
Makes life easier. ;)
