Dovecot IMAP - Invalid quoted-printable input trailer: '=' not followed by two hex digits

One user encountered the following when he/she tried to load one particular -

Dec 21 12:44:41 rose dovecot[9564]: imap([email protected])<30218><L2XYqaDTmOJ/AAAB>: FETCH failed: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information. [2021-12-21 12:44:41] in=455 out=3356 deleted=0 expunged=0 trashed=0 hdr_count=1 hdr_bytes=712 body_count=1 body_bytes=214

Apparently, from the message, that particular email seems violating RFC standard.
However, from user perspective, is there any way to workaround it ?

It seems cPanel has suggested workaround as below -
