Dovecot Mail Problem's .. ( again )

Have been reading some, but didnt actually found my problem..

My host just switched me to a new server since the old ones were not up to par..
I now have the following, i cant send emails, telling me SMTP is not right or configured, and i dont receive anything at all.
I get a "message undeliverable" after some try's.

I have tried the

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
../build dovecot


my host suggested, but that doesnt do anything..

should be:
./build dovecot i presume... Trying now

Does the hostname of your server resolve to an ip address?

Check logs

/var/log/exim/mainlog
/var/log/exim/rejectlog
/var/log/exim/paniclog

The log files will tell you alot more about what is going on.
