dovecot wrong order in./build script

Dovecot options (beta):
./build update_dovecot
./build todovecot
./build dovecot



Should be:

Dovecot options (beta):
./build update_dovecot
./build dovecot
./build todovecot


in my opinion of cours.

No order was intented for the help output of the scripts.
