DA's download server is generally quite responsive.

If you don't normally get such slow speeds then either the DA server was very busy then, or there was a problem somewhere between you and their server. You can always run a traceroute (/usr/sbin/traceroute www.directadmin.com) to see where the slowdown occurs.

If it's always like this, then you can do the same and also ask yourself about your own connectivity.

If the problem always seems to occur at a specific router, then you should mention the problem to your upstream provider.
