Perhaps it is not difficult to put this option on the DA admin interface. It would make user management easier.

I converted last year at the onset of the debacle. The system is rock-solid stable. The thing is it is "Direct" "Admin" heavy. If you are not a Linux admin most will struggle. Cpanel is more for non-admin types. A lot of the features are done on cmd line. Keep reading you will get there.
there should be a way to do it trough the GUI, but the script works perfect.

DA still can't do something this simple trough GUI.
And they seem to have broken their own script.

Additionally, are the users all gone from this reseller?
Also, a reseller has a reseller package, what happens if you just change this users reseller package to a normal user package in the GUI?
