Dreamweaver on ftp

hi all im new here..

im trying to upload file by using dreamweaver FTP.it keep promt me this when i click on "test"

Error....username or password incorrect.

so i went to use IE to login ftp.it allow me to login with the password and username

ftp host:ftp://domain.com
directory:domain.com/public_html
usernamesame as i used to log on IE)
passwordsame as i used to log on IE)

am i missed something??

Have you tried the option "Use passive FTP" ?

and just use /public_html, not domain.com/public_html

but now i having a new problem.my 2nd comp SIS graphic card driver gone..and keep restart
