Duplicate e-mails

Hello!
I am experiencing the following problem. Sometimes when someone sends an email from [email protected] to [email protected] the same email goes 2 or 3 times. Once I reboot the server is solved for a few days and then the problem comes back.

Do you know what can happen?

Is your MTA software up-to-date on this server, i.e. Exim?

just update Exim and Dovecot.
