It's fair to say I've not had much luck with SA.
One of my users who's never had a problem in 6 months has been receiving duplicate emails since I installed and ran SA.
Interesting points, however:
1. SA isn't enabled for his account
2. He doesn't use any webmail clients at all, only Outlook
3. The duplicates only appear between midnight and about 3am
This behaviour began the night after spamd was installed and run.
Any ideas? I always seem to have the problems that nobody has ever had before.
