The main e-mail set for the hosting ( account e-mail) is sending e-mails by its self, and filling our limit. I do not know that to do. It is not a specific person's e-mail , it is the our host e-mail which is doing it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the outgoing email spam? Or legitimate email? Either way you can check your logs and see what the subject of the email is, and possibly where it's coming from.
When your email limit is hit you or your hosting provider should receive an email which actually states whether the email is coming from off the server or from a specific file or directory on the server.
If you're running Wordpress or some other content manager, be sure it and all plugins are udpated, and also change all your passwords.
