Edit reseller a/c?

I have created a reseller a/c and entered a domain name. How does my reseller get to his control panel where he has all the usual features like, file manager mysql etc?
Do I have to create the reseller with a dummy domain and configure his domain to a created package?

When you created the reseller it asked for a domain so the reseller should already have a domain.

configure his domain to a created package

You cannot create the reseller without creating the package first.

A/c is account.
I created the reseller with a package that I had created. Entered his domain but how does he configure his space, file manager etc.?

Keep in mind that the reseller level manages users. If the reseller wants to manage his own domains then he needs to click the User Level.

As for File Manager that link is at the top of the page in the Enhanced Skin.
