ELF interpreter

Hello.
When I try to connect to my server with PUTTY, I've got that error:

Welcome to FreeBSD!
ELF interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found

And PUTTY closes.
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1 and /usr//libexec/ld-elf.so.1 files exist.
What packages should I reinstall?
OS - FreeBSD 6.3

Is your sshd jailed? That library should be under the new root directory too.

sshd is jailed.
Where should I put this library?
In /home/***user***/libexec and /home/***user***/usr/libexec this library exist.

/home/USER/lib

then you'll need to re-jail that user
