Email account size limit

Hi,

Is the size limit of the hostingpackage also active on the email accounts?
So if i create a hostingpackage with 100mb and the site is arround 2mb and the email usage is about 98mb does that then mean the email stops coming in?
Is there a way to deactivate this so email keeps recieving after the hostingpackage limit has been reached?

That is correct.

It's not simple, because mail is kept in the /home partition and generally quotas are enabled on the home partition. The solution we use when we offer unlimited email is to not use quotas for that username, and instead decide manually whether or no to turn off users for going over quota.
