Email Accounts Usage issue

So whenever a new account on DirectAdmin is created it creates a default account in email accounts you cannot delete.

But it ads to the customers quota.

This is confusing for customers as we advertise for eg. a hosting package to have 1 email account but then in the panel it Sais 1/2 used as we had to allow 2 email account limit on the package so they could create their 1 email account promised.

Same goes for package where we advertise as 5 email accounts can be created but in DA's plans we have to add 6 and then the quote shows 5/6 used.
Is there anyway to hide and not have it add to the email quota?
