email alias of domain

say I have an a/c with domain xxx.com,

Could I manually setup email alias for another domain name yyy.com to xxx.com ? (provided that yyy.com has already pointed to the server)

e.g. [email protected] redirects to [email protected]

If possible , how ?

There are two ways to create email aliases in the DA control panel.

The first is to set up an entire site, and then to do "forwards".

The second is to do an entire site alias, which will also do an email alias for all the email accounts.

When doing this i am having the following problem.

when setting up an alias for the domain www.bbbb.com and the aliasname is www.aaaa.com this is setup correct.

Only thing is when browsing to www.aaaa.com i am redirect to my own website and not the domain www.bbbb.com from the customer.

Under "Site Redirection" in the user control panel you can check on "alias" or leave it unchecked. If you do NOT check it, the redirection will do exactly what you described.

if you check on "alias" it should leave the URL in the browser exactly as the site visitor typed it.
