Heya!
I can't receive an email on one specific email. All others work fine. What could be the problem? I have an Admin with the same username as the email account I am trying to create. I've tried moving servers all together as well. Hope this issue can be resolved.

Kind Regards,
comfyy,

There are seemingly infinite possibilities based on the given information. The very first one is that the MX records on the domain might not point to the server you're expecting to receive mail at. Check it here: https://www.whatsmydns.net/ (Type domain, change drop down to MX, click Search).

If the MX records do point to the correct server, it would be helpful to know two things:

1. What do the logs say on the sending server?
2. What do the logs say on the recipient server?

Hello!
The MX records are pointed to the correct server, except for Brazil, still waiting for that to propagate, everywhere else is fine.

It's Gmail. I can't check logs. It shows as sent. but shortly after it shows this message

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to {EMAIL} because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Thanks and Regards,

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
(generated from [email protected])
retry timeout exceeded

It's trying to deliver it locally, how can I fix this?

I have an Admin with the same username as the email account I am trying to create.
That might have to do with the issue. Did you adjust that admin's email address in DA's ticket system? Because system uses admin@hostname to send messages.

However if that username is an accountname, still chance this won't fix things, in that case you have to use the systemaccount of that user for email.
Do not send mails to any user@hostname.

Ok. Funny enough, I logged in with my main account credentials, and I've been reaching mail there, but it shows as user@localhost. Is there anyways I can change that?

Alright, managed to change that, although I can only login from comfyy and my password instead of with domain

That's probably because it's a system account then. That's the only account with which one can login with only username (without domain) and password. So no worries about that.

Just remind it so you create new useraccounts with unlogic names or in short, so they won't use that as email address. Or otherwise you can apply the trick from my link for those.
