My domain etnforum.com (mail email address is [email protected]) is using Namecheap. I was using domain.live.com service provided by Hotmail (or now Outlook) for receiving emails but they are going to stop providing this service just like Google that they are going to charge me. So I googled for some ways to continue receiving emails normally.
Fortunately, Namecheap provides auto email forwarding to specified email, so I registered a new email address at outlook.com (not Google because it won't work) and I tried to send a email to [email protected] (of course not exists) and it successfully sent to the outlook.com email address (and the receiver is [email protected]).
Also, outlook.com and Google provides a screen name with customized email address to send email (that means I can use the account at outlook.com or Gmail as [email protected] to send emails). So my problem is solved ... except ...
In my website, I can use PHP mail function to send emails. I can send to everywhere I want except the email domain is @etnforum.com (@gmail.com, @outlook.com, @domain.com etc works). I go to DirectAdmin and check the "Sent Emails" to see how many emails has been sent. For @gmail.com, @outlook.com it counts and success. For @etnforum.com it won't count and it didn't sent to the outlook.com email address (mentioned above for receiving emails sending to [email protected]).
When I use Gmail and my ISP email to send emails to [email protected], it will always success! Also, I test to send email from other server (or you can say website, putsmail.com ... but I don't know which method they send emails) and it was success too. So I think the problem is from DirectAdmin. Can anybody please help me to solve this?
PS:
I set (admin, info, webmaster) @etnforum.com on Namecheap email settings and I created [email protected] in DirectAdmin and the SquirrelMail can normally receiving emails (but not sending to outlook.com, even I remove this email account from DA, outlook cannot receive either)
Sorry for my bad English ...
