Hi,
I have a few DA servers using a few different cloud providers, and I am using them as email servers mainly.
Sometimes, users complaint one sender domain cannot send email to my email server, and i checked the log and no connections found from that sender,
so I suspect this is the network connection from the sender domain to my servers.
And then I usually move the affected user to another network and the problem solved.
This is too trouble. How to solve this?

and then I want to setup email server clusters, say 3 servers from different network, the sender domain can connect to one of the server and then forward to the correct destination email server,
is it possible and how to do it?

If it needs reasonable charge, I can pay for a right solution.

Thanks,

Stanley

Hello Stanley,

I would recommend finding a root cause of the issue. It might be that firewall on your server blocks an user. And if you have 3 servers in a cluster, then your user can be blocked one by one on all the tree servers.

so I suspect this is the network connection from the sender domain to my servers.

You might check this

and see how much do the native features from DirectAdmin fit your needs.
