Email Disk Usage

Im new to this forum and my question is
I currently have exceeded my Disk limit Usage.
My question is how do I reduce my

Email Disk Usage?? can I back it up or anything
any help will be appreciated

Yeah you can. The folder is /home/user/imap.

You can back it up and then remove what you want in the Maildir folders to free up space
