How do I use dnsblacklists with Exim 4.54 ?

I have tried several different settings, but in none of these settings the spam is beeing checked against the blacklists.

Does any one have a good working Exim config example with the correct settings that I have to use ?

Do a quick search for Jeff's Spamblocker2 it is an exim config with working blacklists.
