I have an email account that when I login with it using a DSL Highspeed Internet service the connection works just fine.
I am able to send and receive email messages.
I have a user that I created an email account for that uses Earthlink Dial up service which connects at approximately 36k.
We have properly configured the mail account, server, and clicked "requires authentication" and signin with the correct password. Send "Fails" with an error message that states the TCP/IP Connection was terminated as though there is a filter for spam or a time-out or the use of invalide credentials.
What's going on?
I've used both Outlook Express & Eudora with this and both fail exactly the same.
Please Assist. You may send me am email response back to [email protected]
Thanks.
Larry
