email fails

Reccently my e-mail accounts begins to don't work. It returs that message.

What happens?

What can i do?

And now, on joomla, letterman say my:

Could not instantiate mail function.

These appear to be two separate issues to me, but I could be wrong.

1) Hotmail is letting you know it's refusing your mail.

2) Joomla is saying the php email function won't start.

As far as (1) is concerned, Hotmail is telling you your server has a reputation problem and telling you where to go to get it resolved.

I don't know why Joomla can't start your php email function.

Do you own the server? Or are you an owner of a website hosted on the server? If the latter, then contact your hosting company as only they can help you.
