Email forwarder in Evolution skin

Perhaps i'm blind or something else, but i'm missing the emailforwarder option in the Evolution skin, where is this located now?

Are you an user or admin/reseller ?
User: ask your reseller to enable this on your account
Admin: is there as part of your package, be sure you have enabled this
Reseller: ask your admin to enable this on your account/package
