Email imap/pop3

Hi, i am having some thoughts about the way I would like the handle my incomming mail. Since i have muliply domains that have their own mail accounts. My partner and I are looking for a way to grab our incomming mail, pop3 is somebit hard due we have multiply pc's in our office. Is it possible to grab mails like pop3 does but then get all the mails on the pc's. If not we would like to know what the best way is to overview the emails. How do you guys handle the mail? And how do you divide the mail over your employes

I'm not sure what you're asking.

Are you asking how to distribute emails to multiple people so everyone gets all the emails? Or so that mail is delivered in a round-robin fashion?

EIther is beyond the province of the mail server, but you can do the former by creating a mailing list, and having everyone join the mailing list. That way all emails sent to the list will be forwarded to everyone.

There are programs out there you can run on a gateway system in your office to do the latter.
