Hello,

I got a problem recently, whenever I send a mail of my server that is administered by directadmin to any other mailbox I get that error message back:

550 Sender verify failed

Of course the Email isn´t received as well. Now as far as I found out lotsa other servers recently try checking on the sender server wether the mailbox that the mail is sent from really exists by querying the sending server. Now basically the mailbox I am sending from does exist of course (created it in directadmin), but obviously it doesn´t allow other servers to query wether it exists therefor the other server believes my mails to be spam mails and right away blocking them.

Now how can I prevent Directadmin to block those verifications from other servers? I am server admin as well so I would be able to do any modification needed...

By default DA should be allowing sender verification.

Obviously other people are sending email.

First step is to make sure that you have reverse DNS properly working for your hostname.
