I can't get into the admin email account and there is no way to change the password from the panel. The default was not the same as the other passwords given to me for this account. I need to get this password so I can get back into the email that has all the root passwords and info from my host.

What do you mean by the admin email account? Do you mean the email account for the admin username, which you get if you're the server administrator? If so, that's the same as the admin login password.
Or do you mean your main email account for your hosting account? If so, that shold be the same as the account name and password you use to log in to your DirectAdmin account.
If neither of these is correct then you'll have to contact your hosting company.

It is the [email protected] account. Its the default email listed in the control panel and because of that its the only one without a change password button next to it. For some reason though it doesn't have the same password as the control panel.

The admin password for the admin mail account defaults to the same password you use to log in as admin to your DirectAdmin control panel.
The login name is admin; it's NOT [email protected].
