email not delivered to inbox - Where did it go ?

Hello all,

We have one inbound email that never made it to the inbox.
Other emails, around the same time, for the same user, from the same sender, did make it to the inbox.

Here are the log files from exim for the email that did not make it into the inbox:

Any ideas on where this message is/went ?

Hmm, what exactly is the spamcheck process and where are the logs for that ?

The spamcheck_director sends messages through SpamAssassin.

You might want to check your SpamAssassin settings for the domain in DirectAdmin.

Thanks for the info.

I looked at that, and the settings for that domain are to deliver to inbox.
To not delete any messages.
And there is nothing in either the whitelist or blacklist areas.

Where are the logs located for SA to see if I can find out what happened with that message ?
