Hello.

Seems something is wrong witht he [email protected] configuration if there is totally no log present.
However, we can't check anything with abc.com we need the real domain to check things and if possible also for xyz.com to compare.

If you don't want to share them public, you can send a pm, but it can take longer to solve then because in that case I'm to only one which can see. Normally I respond fairly quick but not always.

In public everyone can see and help, it's your choice.

Hi Richard,

The domain is aginsurance.com.sg and bioxten.com.

The email is sent to aginsurance.com.sg and c.c. to bioxten.com.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Hello.

Hmmz.. odd... the only difference I can see is for aginsurance.com.sg:
WARNING: Looks like the parent servers do not have information for your TLD when asked. This is ok but can be confusing.
This is from intodns, but it's just a warning, everything else looks fine, including worldwide propagation. So this should not be a problem.

I presume on the MX page of aginsurance.com.sg you have selected the "use this server for mail" (or something like that) option.

Can you send me the email address of only aginsurance.com.sg via pm (or create a temp test email address on that domain)? Then I will send a mail from my system and we can look at both sides in the logs as to what might be happening.

I'll do that when I'm home later to create a temp address. I forgotten to mention that this only happens from 1 particular customer of theirs which uses pphosted services.

PM sent with test email account.

Tested and worked OK.

So seems to me it's a pphosted issue. Best is that customer have them check their logs to see what is happening.
