I'm not able to receive emails for the user.
What I tried to do was just move a user to a different server.
Here is what i did:
First, lets pretend his domain is (domain.com)
- I backed up his files from old server
- grabbed that userbackup.tar.gz and placed it on the new server's user_backups folder
- I renamed the user's domain name to domain2.com from old server so they won't conflict
- I ran the import user backup menu in DA from the new server
- the new server i gave him a different ip btw
- i waited for domain's dns to be flushed to ip address
- now everything is fine, site shows up correctly from the new server etc....
- but now when i send an email to his [email protected], i'm not receiving emails. nothing is happening, as if emails are lost.
Please can someone help me? It's kind of urgent matter.
