email only reseller level

I would like to know if there is a way to message users from the reseller level and have go to email only like the admin level??

If not this would be a nice feature since some customers don't login to control panel often.

Also would like to request a fix for the header repeting on the user level Site Summary / Statistics / Logs page the width is different and the header is repeted for enhanced theam.

This happens on the FileManager screen as well. It appears that it also happens on any other screen where the width is larger than normal. Probably the header images need to be adjusted. Thanks.
