Hi there

I know this has been posted on the forums already but I've follwed people's possible solutions but with no sucess.

I've setup email piping with WHMCS and Directadmin, I've sent a test email to the forwarder address and I get a mail delivery failed message.

below is the email I receive. I've changed my domain to: mydomain.co.uk

Any help would be much appreciated

Mark

Please post the content of the "value" field for the forwarder, and I will check if it is correct. I would guess that this is where you have something wrong.

I'm assuming you mean where to the forwarder is pointing too?

| /usr/local/lib/php -q /home/admin/domains/mydomain.co.uk/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php

Thanks
Mark

When using DirectAdmin, you must enter the command enclosed in quotes "" for it to be accepted. Try it like this:

Code:
"|/usr/local/lib/php -q /home/admin/domains/mydomain.co.uk/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php"

Note: I have also removed the space between «|» and «/usr». I don't know if that is necessary, but that is how I have set it up.

Yep that's what I've done but still not working

Then I don't know. But I can mention that on my Centos 5.5 64bit box, I use «/usr/local/bin/php» and not «/usr/local/lib/php» as you do. But I guess thats not the problem?

You have the complete email address in the "Forwarder" field in DirectAdmin right?

Also, you have created a department with the email address at "Support Ticket Departments" in WHMCS?

If so, then I would suggest you contact WHMCS support about this issue.

I think there's a bug within DirectAdmin, as when I've setup new email addresses and forwarders, support have to had to rebuild the IMAP server for me to be able to access the email accounts.

I've sent a email to the forwarder without the pip setup and it's failed so I'm just waiting for support to rebuild the IMAP server to see if that is causing the problem.

I'll keep you posted.

well the IMAP server has been rebuilt and the forwarder is working ok if it's forwarded to another email address, but when I setup the pipe it doesn't work.

So I don't where I go from here
