email quota fixed and cannot be changed

Hi

We would like to setup a package that has fixed email quota say to 20GB and not allow customers to edit this or change it via email accountns section.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

That can be done. Did you not read the bottom of the link you posted?

You can also set an override in any user.conf file, eg: user_email_quota_max=-1 which overrides the global value. This will make it easy to set this with any custom package item, so the limit can be determined via package settings. https://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=479

There is also a setting which can be set so users can't change values in the email settings.
That's under the admin settings and is called:
User can set limit per E-Mail
which can be set to yes or no.
