Hello,
Greetings!

On one of our servers, we are facing an email issue.
We are able to send emails but are not able to receive the same.

It's a shared hosting server where thousands of clients are there.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hello.
It's hard to give any kind of help without any information or error notice present.
Did you check the MX records for example?

Is it for the whole server? If yes, is both Exim and Dovecot running? Is port 25 opened incoming in the firewall?
When you send from another source, for example gmail to an account on your server, the mail will not be delivered, but what error message is stated in the bounced mail?
What do your logfiles say for incoming connections?
Have you check your exim mainlogs and error logs?

Hello Richard G,
Thank you for your quick response.

No, issue is not with the whole server but with certain users only.
We have checked their MX Records as well as primary investigation but didn't find any issue.
Both Exim and Dovecot services are running properly and we haven't blocked any port either.
When sending mails from other sources, it says as shown in the attached screenshot and the error is coming after 24 hours in senders mailbox.

I can share the whole log file if you want but it's a huge one. So, I would like to have a suggestions of what particular log or it's portion do I have to share.

Look for the domains and test them on ip for example

103.73.191.151
if this is one of them you see

You could try for short test to have the mx record for that domain pointed to vps.jobindia.org.in this depend on other configs i can't help further no time and enough knowledge here.

Hello,
I have checked further and solved the issue.
But what I have noticed is that the emails are going into spam instead of Inbox.

Help regarding the emails going into the spam directory will be appreciated.

Maybe you were working on it but...
Check if port 25 is open in the firewall. I just tried to make a connection to mail.jobindia.org.in on port 25 and I got a timeout.
Connection was not possible. It's the same as in the bounce notice of Gmail.
So for some reason connections to port 25 on 103.73.191.151 is not possible, or not always possible.
Also make use of other tips given here others.

Hello,
Thanks for the help @Richard G
You can check now at mail.brighttimesnews.com and now it's working fine but emails are going into spam.
Till now what I didn't try is rDNS.
Contacted the DC for the same but other all the things I have tried(as per my knowledge).

all other tips/suggestions are appreciated.

Hello.
Maybe the system is blocking my ip or ip's from Europe, I don't kow, also on mail.brighttimesnews.com I get a timeout connecting to port 25.

At this moment both your MX record and the rDNS record are not correct.
Check this:

It may be my personal opinion but intoDNS is not working properly or what because we have faced the same contradiction very oftern with intoDNS.
As per intoDNS, records are not there but other tools like dnscheck and mxtoolbox are showing that the records are there.
Following is a screenshot of dnschecker.

dnscheck and mxtoolbox are showing that the records are there.
IntoDNS also shows the records are there but showing they are wrong. IntoDNS is correct stating that the MX record is not a valid hostname.
It's also correct that the rDNS record is not set correctly, both reasos as to why mail will arrive in spam.

I know that intoDNS sometimes has odd issues, but not in this case. You do have to change your MX record, set it to the hostname of the server or VPS that domain is working on. And do create an rDNS record to that correct hostname to also prevent mails get into spam.
