Email sending in directadmin is not working

Email is not sending or receiving from and to the server.

When we send email, we got the below bounce back email.

host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [74.125.137.27]

550-5.7.25 PTR record setup, or the corresponding forward DNS entry does not

But we have dont have the option to add PTR record from direct admin.

Please anyone help to resolve the email delivery issue
 
Or often in certain cases you can set it yourself in the panel of your datacenter or server/vps provider.

Be sure you got a decent FQDN hostname first!! Better not to use die xx-xx-xx.da.direct hostname. Because in fact the da.direct domain is not yours.
