i searched alot but no solution

Search for solutions with errors like "No route to host" and "Network is unreachable" which you see a lot in your log.

Maybe an outgoing firewall issue. Could also be your network is not resolving. Try checking your resolv.conf if the correct ip's are in there so you can resolve domains.

resolv.conf :
Code:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
search host.redstation.co.uk

all firewall has down, how to check network resolving?

No route to host means exactly that. The most logical cause is a firewall, either on your server, or upstream from you, is blocking outgoing connections on port 25.

You should first be absolutely positive you have no firewall running, and then once you're sure, verify that, make sure your connectin provider isn't firewalling outgoing port 25 traffic from your server.

For more help here, you should let us know your server's main IP#.

You could use nslookup for that.
For example:
nslookup directadmin.com

You should get a reply with the ip of the directadmin.com domain, if not, something is wrong, most likely still firewall because your /etc/resolv.conf looks good.
Or you might have something wrong in your named.conf (if you use named/bind) which blocks local lookups.

i turned of CSF and no change, no iptable set , i have to ask main server config for more , is there anyway that i can find main server ip?
my domain is animup.net

Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: directadmin.com
Address: 66.51.122.131

@AliMH: Sorry for my late reply, I must have missed your answer on my last visit.

Yes, very odd. Nslookup resolves, so resolving and the networking works. Do you still have the "no route to host" error in your logfile?

One way to check a no route to host error is to do a traceroute to the IP#
Code:
traceroute IPNUMBER
