Email sent from my DA server not being received by recipient

Hi,

Got a weird problem. I'm trying to send an e-mail, from my e-mail address on my da server to a customer whose website is on a plesk server somewhere else. The DNS on their plesk server has one mx record which redirects e-mail to a hosted ms exchange service.

Everytime I try to send them an e-mail from my DA server it bounces back. I can send them an e-mail successfully from my gmail, aol and hotmail accounts, and I can send from a different server, but everytime I send them an e-mail from my DA server it bounces back with:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

<[email protected]>

Anyone know why this might be? I've tried flushing the DNS on my DA server, flushing the DNS on their plesk server, adding my e-mail address to their server-wide white list, still nothing.

Any help/suggestions to figure this would be greatly appreciated!

I told them to stick with DA!

are you keeping a local dns zone for "address.com" ?
if yes, edit /etc/named.conf and # remark it then restart named.
hope this helps.

if not, u'd better post more info or check maillog /var/log/exim/mainlog.
