Email totally borked

After migrating two servers to new machines, the email on both new servers is borked, and my clients are not receiving ANY mail.

Martynas (smtalk) rebuilt the mail services today, but I am still getting clients complaining they have no email.

Martynas is unavailable now, so I was wondering if somebody here would help fix this issue for me I am willing to pay for a solution.
