Email Tracking icon not coming in User account

Hi,

Suddenly the email tracking icon is not visible in User panel anymore. I have checked the Customize Evolution Skin and Email Tracking is enabled but why its not visible User panel ?

Email Tracking is a Pro Pack version, so this should be written in the ticket because this feature is not available to all users who don't have access to this feature. I cannot help because I don't have this feature (yet). Someone else be able to help you.
