Email will not be sent, but will be received

ubuntu 20.04
direct admin : last version

Sending an email is ok, but the email sent by the recipient does not receive. email is not sent but received.

The host names were changed according to your instructions, But after sending the email, no change has been made yet (Attached image).

That part looks good, at least for the hostname.

However, it seems you either have no MX record, the MX record for eliteapps.info points to amazon.com instead of to your server.
You're running your own nameservers as it looks, but there is no A record to be found for your hostname.
So maybe you removed your local zone entry/file and you might want to create that again.

Are you using your own nameservers or external nameservers? At this point, external are used, and you have to create the correct records in your external nameserver.
Als you need an rDNS record for your hostname.
 
I tested the internal and Amazon name servers but the sending email problem has not been solved yet.
Can you tell me whether the problem is related to Ubuntu OS or DA ? I have tested DA on Ubuntu and Centos but nothing has changed.
have you got a clue for this issue.
 
If you don't have a proper MX addres, A records and rDNS records it won't work anyway. Those are my clues.
So first set it up that it works properly preferably with your own nameservers if possible and also see that they resolve.
If that works, we can start to check things.
These kind of things work with a step by step procedure to fix things and with that the basics have to work first correctly, which it doesn't at this point.
