Email with account passwords not being sent

Hi,

Please help, I am a relative newbie to DirectAdmin.

Problem:

When I go into the Reseller, List Users, Site and request account information be resent to the email address on file with a New Random Password - I am not getting anything sent to me...

What could be the problem? Is there an easy fix, is this a DirectAdmin issue?

It could be a problem with email configuration; check your log at:

/var/log/exim/mainlog
