Emails are not sent

I'm having this problem with my server. It can not send emails though receiving is ok.

Here is the main log of the server:

I have done the following steps to no avail.

1. disabled ipv6 for exim
2. removed /etc/exim/db/*
3. disabled iptables
4. ping and nslookup is ok

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would also check the functionality of port 587 -the standard port for authenticated mail sending
