emails blocked on one domain only

I have DA on a dedicated server with 2 resellers, each with a number of domains.

On one domain (and only one as far as I can tell) some emails are not getting through. Some are. All the emails that don't get through (that I know about) are coming from one server (call it cPanel server to avoid confusion), but emails from several (I'm assuming all) domains on the cPanel server do not get through to this one domain on the DA server.

As far as I can tell all emails from all domains on the cPanel server get through to all other domains, so it doesn't seem like a problem with the other server.

It feels to me like the domain in question on my DA server is not allowing emails through from the cPanel server IP. Spam Assasin is not enabled on any of the domains in question.

When I send an email from the cPanel server they appear to go ok - no bounce back, no rejection note. They just don't arrive on this one domain on the DA server. I can send emails to other domains on the DA server from the cPanel server from the same email accounts ok.

I've looked for some way a specific domain could be blocking emails from a specific IP but can't.

Help anyone? Thanks

Anything blocked by exim on the DA server will appear in the /var/log/exim/rejectlog.

If the emails aren't in the rejectlog, then check to make sure the CPanel server doesn't have the domain set up on it as a local domain (possible if it's you moving the domains from one server to another).

By default DA will block for all domains, not for just one.

That's exactly what the problem was. The problem domain had been on the cPanel server but I'd moved it to the DA server. When I say 'move' I'd actually copied it to the DA server, then changed the DNS to point to that. The original site and account were still on the old server.

The site was working fine on the new server, but I assume emails from other domains on the cPanel server found the old site locally so didn't bother looking in the outside world for it.

I may have tripped over that eventually but I may not have until I eventually got round to deleting the old site.

Especially well done since my original question wasn't that easy to follow now I look back at it. It all sounded clear when I wrote it lol.

Thank you
