Emails not delivered

Some emails were sent from a third party provider to my server, I can see it in the maillog. The issue is that I don't see that it says "saved" in the log. Did the messages reach the server but were not saved in the user's inbox?

In the maillog? Hmmzz.... normallly one should see that in the Exim mainlog, not the maillog. Did you check the Exim mainlog?

But yes, normally if the mail is accepted then one would expect to see a "completed" under the messages.

Check your Exim rejectlog too, to see if that gives more info and ask your customer if they arrived.

My transcription error, sorry. Checked on /var/log/exim/mainlog
rejectlog dont shows more info about this...

Question: if this email is clasified as spam on the first inbox (TO) , will be copied to the CC emails?

As far as I know yes, because it's not a forward so not a "via this address". A CC is just a copy send to another address and if I'm informed correctly, then it will only be classified as spam if it is classified as such in that CC address too.

In the /var/log/exim/mainlog should be a "saved" or "completed" present.
 
If you didn't customize anything I would send in a ticket and ask.

If you can't send in a ticket maybe @Ohm J or @zEitEr has a clue as to why it's not appearing.

All possible logs should be in this list, can you check it again if there have any relate to drop/reject ?
