Emails not sending, can receive emails but not sending

Good day

Im new to Directadmin, I have directadmin installed on AWS EC2.

Everything is working fine so far, except Roundcube is not sending emails out.

Im getting email sent successfully but the email never arrives not even in spam account.

I checked the EXIM log I get the following:
2021-11-15 14:19:49 1mmcpp-0004SB-DV <= [email protected] H=localhost (srv1.bulbmedia.co.za) [127.0.0.1] P=esmtpa A=login:[email protected] S=542 id=[email protected] T="bjhvhv" from <[email protected]> for [email protected]

Please could someone help
 
Your rDNS record is not correct. It points to amazonaws instead of to your hostname.
It seems for bulbmedia.co.za there isn't even an MX record present.
 
You can also test sending email at mail-tester.com. It will tell you what is the problem.
