emails not working after reseller restore

Hi,

After restore of a reseller account, some domains have issues with mail.

When i send a test mail, it is delivered in the inbox (as i can see in DA emailaccounts /kb).
But opening mailbox via outlook/mail or webmail is empty?

Was the backup done under mbox and the restore to a Maildir server? Or vice-versa?

If not; if both were to the same type of email structure, then look for ownership and permissions on the restored files.

yes, was same type (mbox)

isn't there a script for resetting ownerships in /scripts, is that also for mail?

It won't hurt to run it, but I have no idea if it will work or not.

I have found the problem on mailaccounts with problems.

Looked in log and mails were discarted

Disables spamassasin on account, and is working ok.

Any idea why?
 
Check to see if the user has SpamAssassin set up to discard emails after a certain score? Check the logs to see if they give you a clue.
