It like the solution says.
Create an A record for your domain. If you don't have that domain name present, then just create a new domain with your hostname as domain name.

At your datacenter/host create an rDNS/PTR record to your hostname.
This should fix both.

Probably yes, I can't see any values so can't see if it's correct. It's an A record, so if the rest is correct then yes it's correct.

Once you get 100% on mail-tester and if your emails are still going to spam, then there are still at least 2 other things you need to look at.

First is your IP address reputation. Check your IP address at http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/ to see if it is listed. If so, then you will either need to work with the RBLs to get your address de-listed or get your ISP to give you a clean IP address.

The second potential problem has more to do with the destination (i.e. gmail.com, outlook.com, etc). The big providers of email keep their own internal list of potential spam address blocks so you might need to contact them directly. For example my customers complained that emails to certain addresses always ended up in spam and when they gave me the list, I noticed they all used office365 servers. It took me being very persistent but they finally relented and removed my IP from their list. Now they are all getting delivered as expected.
