Enable SMTP-auth for port 25

My server is used to send spam. I would like to enable SMTP auth on port 25. How can I do this? Is this the best solution?

The best solution would be to read exim logs in order to understand how is your server used for sending spam.

It's unlikely your DirectAdmin is an open relay unless you've made changes to the exim.conf file to turn it into one.

David, you can check to see if your server is an open relay through a command line or even easier just use one of the many online tools that check it..

Also take a look at this thread. It has the code that disables it in exim.
